  • The platform is intended solely for participation in the project "Innovation im Mittelland".
  • Users agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the platform.
  • Uploading or distributing unlawful, offensive, or misleading content is prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property

All content, texts, logos, and analyses on the platform are protected by copyright.

Any use outside the platform requires prior written consent from Helvation.

4. Liability
  • Helvation does not guarantee the continuous availability of the platform.
  • Helvation is not liable for damages arising from the use or unavailability of the platform, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
5. Changes

Helvation reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.

The latest version will always be published on the platform.
